It’s in the valleys we grow…

When you find yourself in a valley, it may feel dark, heavy, or lonely. You might feel stuck in grief, anxiety, or an uncomfortable season of change. But remember…valleys are not permanent, they are passages of growth.

What the time in the valley can teach us:

  • Resilience - The struggles you face today are building a foundation of strength for tomorrow.

  • Self-awareness - You have the opportunity to clearly identify your needs, boundaries, and values towards building your own inner strength and ability to cope in times of adversity.

  • Connection - Reaching your limit can break down isolation and you can learn the value of asking for and accepting help from others.

  • Resourcefulness - When life is difficult, you have the opportunity to discover creative coping mechanisms and internal strengths you did not realize you had.
